Fire BBQ Demos with Lumberjaxe Flavour Town Fire Stage

New for 2024 – Introducing ‘Flavour Town Fire Stage’ – take your BBQ to the next level! Presented by LumberjAxe Food Company a premium producer of seasonings and sauces within the BBQ industry. Offering demonstrations throughout the weekend – join them as they fire up the festival and offer some tastings too!

Children's Cookery School

Fun-filled sessions for budding bakers and little chefs! We are delighted to announce Cookery School for Kids 2023 sessions can be booked on the day for just £4 – with places allocated on a first come, first served basis – make sure you arrive early and get booked in straight away. Children taking part must be 6 years or over.

Wine Tasting Sessions

Join us for an exquisite journey through the artistry of wine with Deer Park Wines, where every sip tells a story. Hosted by Mark Steele, owner of Deer Park Wines, this wine tasting experience promises to be a delightful blend of education and indulgence.

Cocktail Making Classes
with Cocktails At Home

Unlock the Art of Mixology with George Greenhalgh from Cocktails At Home!

Immerse yourself in the alchemy of cocktail creation as George, an expert mixologist and Co-Founder of multi-award winning Cocktails At Home, unveils the secrets behind the timeless Mojito and their signature Pink Lady. 

Coffee Tasting Sessions

Boost Your Barista Skills  – Lloyd, head roaster at Herefordshire based Black Mountain Roast, for an insightful talk on coffee roasting, the skills required to being a home barista and have a go at pulling the perfect espresso shot and sample one of their delicious espresso Martinis.

Chainsaw Carving Demos

See for first-hand the amazing Benn Rann carve out some fantastic wood sculptures using a chain saw. 

Live Music

Across the weekend Three Counties Food & Drink Festival will have chilled live music in the Street Food & Bar area. Soak up the atmosphere while you relax and enjoy your delicious food, drinks, sweets treats or cocktails.

When our musicians take a break, we will go live with Si Ellis, he will bring chilled DJ sets to enjoy.
