Blok, a British maker of handcrafted knives and live-fire cooking equipment based in Derbyshire, joined us at the festival. Founded by Ben Edmonds in 2014, the business began in a basement workshop and has since grown into one of the UK’s most distinctive names in modern craftsmanship.

Great British Bake Off finalist and science-loving baker Dr Josh brought creativity, fun and hands-on learning to the festival.
Young bakers decorated biscuits, made pizzas and enjoyed crumble with ice cream—with plenty of tasty treats to enjoy and take home, all completely free!
From homemade tonics to pastrami smoked salmon to underwater aged wines, each session gave an insight into what it takes to produce these unique products.
