What's On

We have so much planned for the festival including some of the region’s best food and drink producers, celebrity Chef demonstrations, workshops for family and friends to enjoy including wine tasting and cocktail making, meet the producer demonstrations showcasing the best of local products, plus some of the UK’s best street food, bars and vendors. Celebrity Chef Cookery Theatre

We have famous chefs and bakers from all over the UK
joining us, demonstrating their culinary delights at our Cookery Theatre.

Savage BBQ - Fire BBQ demonstrations

We are happy to announce fire masters Savage BBQ are joining us at the event, offering 3 demo’s a day in our new dedicated feature area at Three Counites Food and Drink Festival. There will be a display of their kit and some in use during their demo’s.

Children's Cookery School

Fun-filled sessions for budding bakers and little chefs! We are delighted to announce Cookery School for Kids 2023 sessions can be booked on the day for just £4 – with places allocated on a first come, first served basis – make sure you arrive early and get booked in straight away. Children taking part must be 6 years or over.

Wine Tasting Sessions

We look forward to welcoming Woodthorpe Wine to Three Counties Food & Drink Festival with sessions held at noon on both days. We have limited capacity each day for wine tasting, the session will offer 4 delicious wines to taste and enjoy with the expert knowledge of Mathew of Woodthorpe Wines as your guide.

The Disco Divas Cocktail Classes

Add some sparkle to your day with a Midsummer Nightcap Cocktail Class. Learn to shake a disco themed cocktail in sparkly cocktail shakers and ice buckets so you can impress your friends with all the glitter and glamour at your next party. 

Coffee Tasting Sessions

Boost Your Barista Skills  – Join Glyn Bufton, head roaster at Herefordshire based Black Mountain Roast, for an insightful talk on coffee roasting, the skills required to being a home barista and have a go at pulling the perfect espresso shot and sample one of their delicious espresso Martinis.

Chainsaw Carving Demos

See for first-hand the amazing Benn Rann carve out some fantastic wood sculptures using a chain saw. 

Live Music

Across the weekend Three Counties Food & Drink Festival will have chilled live music in the Street Food & Bar area. Soak up the atmosphere while you relax and enjoy your delicious food, drinks, sweets treats or cocktails.

When our musicians take a break, we will go live with Si Ellis, he will bring chilled DJ sets to enjoy.
