Three Counties Food & Drink Festival is taking place at: –

Three Counties Showground, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR13 6NW

Travelling to the Festival

By car-
To get here just follow the brown signs from all main routes for Three Counties Showground.  As you get close to the site there will be additional yellow AA signage to help you park. There will be free parking for the festival at the showground.

By train-
The closest train station is Great Malvern.

By coach-
There will be a coach park, please follow yellow AA signs as you get closer to the site.

No Shuttle Bus

As an independently owned festival taking place at Three Counties Showground, we unfortunately do not have a shuttle bus service for this year’s festival from the train station to the showground.

The site is 3.1miles from the train station. We understand Taxi’s are bookable from the station.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, well behaved dogs will be welcome to come along to the festival, we are hoping for glorious weather, so ask our owners to be prepared for summer weather. We ask that all dogs are on a lead at all times and that all mess is cleaned up and disposed of. We have a great selection of traders with lots of pet treats to shop! Dogs won’t be allowed in the Cookery Workshops, classes or the Cookery Theatre.

I have mobility issues, where can I find out information about how to get around?

The showground is accessible for scooters/wheelchairs and also has accessible toilets. The festival will be on a mixture of hard standing and short cut grass areas.

Can I book accommodation nearby?

Camping– there are several campsites you can book in the area. Three Counties camping spaces are bookable through Pitch Up –  Click here

Where can I buy tickets from?

Tickets are on-sale now through the festival website. You will also be able to purchase tickets on the day at the festival, these are subject to availability.  We recommend you take advantage and buy your tickets in advance. Tickets will be at a higher price on the day.

What does the ticket include?

General admission includes: Parking, access to the festival on your chosen day, seeing all the fantastic traders for shopping, the TV chefs in our Cookery Theatre on your chosen day, live music, Savage BBQ fire demonstrations.

For families – circus school and artventurers arts and crafts are included. Other activities will be available including rides and attractions which will be chargeable.

VIP tickets what’s included?

The VIP ticket will include: –

  • Priority parking on arrival
  • Fast track entry into the festival
  • Access to a VIP area with seating for you to take advantage of throughout the day
  • A ‘Meet and Greet’ with our special celebrity chef guests – in the VIP area
  • An exclusive Goody Bag with samples and offers.


*Meet and greets are subject to availability and the event organiser will select which of our guests on the day will to go into the VIP area. The meet and greet times will be advertised in the VIP marquee each day.

How do I book Adult workshop/sessions?

Check out our Whats On – Click Here for more information. You can add on your session via the ticketing page. These sessions will have limited tickets available so we strongly recommend booking in advance.

I have already bought my admission tickets? How do I book onto a workshop/session?
Go to the ticketing page and click to add – ‘I have already bought my admission ticket’.

How do I book Kid’s cookery sessions?

Kid’s cookery sessions for pasta, ice-cream, butter making etc are bookable on the day at the Kids Cookery Workshop Tent – £4 each on a first come first served basis. Get there early.

Do you have concession tickets?

We provide a free personal assistant ticket to customers who are unable to attend Three Counties Food and Drink Festival without the aid of a designated person.

What music will there be at the festival?

We will have live music in our street food area. Singers/bands will be announced soon!

Baby changing facilities?

Available at West Gate Toilets and the Accessible Toilets in Severn Hall.

Will there be cash points on site?

There is a cash machine at the festival. Traders also take card but, please bring your cash and cards for great shopping.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Be prepared!

As a British summer time festival, whilst we would love sunshine, make sure you have appropriate clothing for an outdoor festival, for yourself and for your group.  The site is on a mix of short cut grass and hard standing.

There are some areas undercover.

The show will go on – rain or shine!
