Children's Cookery School

Fun-filled sessions for budding bakers and little chefs!
We are delighted to announce Cookery School for Kids 2024 sessions can be booked on the day for just £4 – with places allocated on a first come, first served basis – make sure you arrive early and get booked in straight away. Available for Children 6 to 14 years old – one adult or guardian per child is admitted in the session to assist their child. Parents or Guardians will be required to read and sign information regarding allergies.

Lee-Anna Rennie-Johnson

We welcome Lee-Anna Rennie-Johnson, also known as the Dairy Maid, as one of our tutors. Lee-Anna has worked in the dairy industry for over 15 years and trained as a cheese maker at the leading School of Artisan Food, before working for the School managing and teaching their dairy courses. She now runs a dairy consultancy looking after all elements of cheesemaking, artisan production & retail. When not in the dairy she can be found relaxing with her family in the Worcestershire countryside. Lee-Anna will offer Ice-Cream Making, Cheese Making and Butter making daily at the festival.

Jayne Stanford

Also joining us is Jayne Stanford, she has been working in childcare for the last 10 years where she is used to coming up with quick and easy ways of baking and cooking when working with children aged 1-4. She has been known to give pretty much anything a go and has recently started to create and decorated biscuits for friends. In her free time she enjoys nothing more than getting out and about for walks with my niece. Jayne will offer Rocky Road, Flapjack and Gingerbread House making daily at the festival.
